Biblical Discernment and Fruit Inspection
IF a man in the position of an elder is not fulfilling the biblilcally stated divine calling of an under-shepherd or overseer, what does that make him?
A wolf.
The divine calling and duty of Christ’s servant-elders is NOT to:
1) get a degree,
2) open a local church business franchise, and
3) to entertain goats, or
4) to church the un-churched!
Such is the work of the “many false prophets” Jesus and His holy apostles often warned us about! (Matthew 7:15; 24:15-20, etc.)
