How does the Gospel play out in our daily lives? What is the Gospel of the Cross of Christ?
The modern gospel is amiss. It's another gospel from the original Gospel! Victory awaits! Paul says that those who do not preach this original Gospel cross of death to self so Christ can reign, are self-serving and the very "enemies of the cross of Christ." (Philippians 3:18-19)
“REST” in the LORD! OVERCOMING all sin requires surrender, not more SELF-assertion. Our part in laboring to enter into HIS rest (Hebrews 4:11) is surrender, not self-effort. That is a lie being peddled by many a preacher today. Beware. “Not I but Christ”! (Galatians 2:20) SELF-effort comes out of self-worship in place of SAVIOR worship. Selah. That never works nor does it bring glory to the only One who died for our sins and who alone can presently deliver us from all sin! Jesus!

The difference between a truly born again, obedient servant elder of Christ and a wolf?

IF a man in the position of an elder is not fulfilling the biblilcally stated divine calling of an under-shepherd or overseer, what does that make him?
A wolf.
The divine calling and duty of Christ’s servant-elders is NOT to:
1) get a degree,
2) open a local church business franchise, and
3) to entertain goats, or
4) to church the un-churched!
Such is the work of the “many false prophets” Jesus and His holy apostles often warned us about! (Matthew 7:15; 24:15-20, etc.)
